Moved...

Hey guys!  I don't know when I will be closing this blog down for good...but I won't be using this blog anymore to do any posts.  I combined my makeup blog, personal blog, and just my everything blog into one AWESOME BLOG!  So...I expect all my amazing followers to come follow me on my new blog.

A work in progress

Hey friends!  Sorry I haven't blogged in forever...Seriously this month has been CRAZY!  You don't even know just how crazy things have been.  Anyway I have been working on this, my other blog The Daily Brielle Lee.  I have been working on the design of this blog for over a month, and I have been researching how to use photoshop and blogger for over a year!  Everything on this new blog of mine I have designed.   So I am sure I will learn more and add more later...it's definitely a work in progress.  I am so excited about it though!  I will be closing my Makeup blog down for good soon... and probably this one soon after.  The Daily Brielle Lee will take over my makeup, crafts, personal blog and all the good stuff in between!   I am sure I will be back on Facebook soon enough and probably Twitter!  So don't worry...I just needed some time away from Facebook and all social networks.  I will definitely do a blog post later on, on how I did everything!  I have been keeping most tips and blogger tricks saved so I could share with everyone. Exciting eh?  Hope you all are doing well!

21 and a bottle of Rum!

We went up to my parents house to celebrate my birthday, and it was so much fun!  My siblings got me some sparkling peach cider or my fake "alcohol" drink.  Since I will never ever drink alcohol. haha  But still I am officially a legal adult!  So I needed some fancy drink right? lol  Gotta love my fam. 

Ryan took the pictures and they were on a weird setting so they are kind of blurry!  {I honestly don't know what he did...haha}  So just bare with me.

 Nutmeg loves opening gifts.  haha She is seriously like a toddler!  I have a video I will have to post of her opening the gifts.  It is so funny!

 I got a gorgeous long black skirt from Express...LOVE IT!

21 Years Old!

Man my husband spoils me!  I had such a great Birthday!  Just thought I would share some pictures...  I am sure more pictures will follow since I have 2 more days of birthday celebration! haha 

I got a sewing machine!!  Woo woo!
{My sewing machine had to be ordered though...So I should be getting it this week.  My husband made this cute paper to show the sewing machine.  haha He was so proud of his "scrap-booking" skills!  Oh I love him.} :)

 I also got a "certificate" to buy everything I need to sew a new bedspread and pillows and what not.  And of course all the Disney movies come out around my birthday, so I got the Lion King!  Oh ya!

 We went to the Lion House for dinner and then walked around temple square for a little bit and we got some WAY pretty pictures of the temple.

 Seriously I just love this temple... So pretty!

 My mother in-law made this delicious Texas Sheet cake!  mmm!!  My favorite! 

I am officially 21...crazy!  I can't believe it!

Tomorrow I am celebrating my birthday down at my parents so I am sure I will post more later!  Thanks for all the birthday wishes!  I am seriously so blessed.

 I thought I would share some fun pictures...I love walking down memory lane!  I know 21 isn't THAT old...but I still feel old.  It seems like it was just yesterday that I was in elementary school!  Now I know what parents mean when they say their kids grow up too fast.

Tomorrow I turn 21...CRAZY!  I swear I was just 19 and getting married. haha  2 years ago today I actually first started talking to Ryan.  I cannot believe it has been 2 years since I met my handsome man!  I remember my best friend Aubrey coming down and taking me out to lunch on November 4th 2009...and she said that night I was going to meet my husband.  And I totally did!  Aubrey you must be psychic or somethin... just saying.  haha Tomorrow is gonna be a good day!  I can't wait to be a legal adult! haha oh yeah! 

Moments like this...

I love photos...Because you capture moments like this.  Sometimes the most imperfect photo can show the most love.  I think that's why I love photos like this.  Some photographers stage too much, some don't stage at all.  I think there has to be a happy medium between the two. 

Yes our generation may be more obsessed with photos, but I think photos are like a journal.  I kick myself for not taking pictures as often.  Yes there may be goofy ones and not so good ones, but in the millions of pictures we take there are a select few that end up staying with us the rest of our lives.  The pictures we take now will show the generations after us how we were.  Journals are wonderful, but pictures tell a story.  

It was so fun taking pictures the other day.   It brought back memories of being engaged...I loved it! 

Our life is far from perfect...but that's what makes it so amazing.  The people that are the happiest aren't the ones with the nicest car or the fanciest house.  I have realized more and more since I have been married that money and things can't make you happy.  They will never make you happy.  It's your family, friends and the gospel that can bring you the most joy!  

I love my life... :)

Sunday Ryan and I had some pictures taken of us down in Provo!  I really wasn't very fond of my engagement pictures and I really wanted some cute pictures of Ryan and I.  So I had our friend Anna take some for us!  I am so excited to get them all.  We have everything from cute to funny!  I love them!
